Do you repair existing TPO roofs?
Yes. Lotus assesses existing TPO systems and defines compatible repairs based on membrane condition and the source of the problem.
Can TPO be installed over the existing roof?
That requires a roof-specific assessment of existing layers, moisture, attachment, structural conditions and applicable requirements. It is not an automatic option.
How do you plan work on an occupied building?
The scope and schedule account for access, work zones, rooftop equipment and communication with the owner or management team.
