PVC is a single-ply membrane roofing option for suitable low-slope buildings. It is a different material from TPO and needs compatible repair products. Lotus assesses existing PVC roofs and provides repair and replacement services throughout DFW.

Is PVC the same as TPO?
No. They are different membrane materials. The existing system, building use and installation requirements matter when selecting or repairing either one.
Does a PVC roof leak always require replacement?
No. Some issues can be addressed with compatible repairs. Widespread deterioration, moisture or other assembly problems may support a broader recommendation.
