No. Architectural describes a shingle style; impact resistance is a separate product characteristic. Check the actual product rating.
Can damaged shingles be replaced without replacing the whole roof?
Sometimes. The surrounding material condition, damage pattern and availability of compatible shingles determine whether a localized repair is practical.
Will the replacement match my old shingles?
Color, weathering and discontinued products can limit the match. The expected appearance should be addressed in the repair proposal.
